What is your payment terms?
We accept T/T 30% deposit in advance,balance against the copy of BL. Definitely,L/C at sight is acceptable.
What is your delivery time?
It is 20days-30days,according to how many quantity of your order,as different quantity have different production time.
What is your minimum of quantity？
Folding umbrella base on 500pcs,golf umbrella,stick umbrella,inverted umbrella and kid’s umbrella base on 100pcs.
Can you do design for me?
Yes,in order to meet the demand of different customers,we specializing in the design,development and production of custom umbrella,you can tell us any fantastic idea,then we make unique personalized umbrella for you.
Can you do OEM or ODM？
Yes,we provide OEM contract manufacturing service and ODM.Moreover,if you wanna make your own creative image on the umbrella or some favorite personalized umbrellas,you can find us.
What is your shipping ports?
we have three China ports for you choosing,Xiamen port,Ningbo Port and Shenzhen Port. If you have other’s goods at these cities,you can choose one city where is best for your operation.
Can you agree to free samples for me?
Yes,we always support you,sample is free for you,you do not need to pay sample charge for us.But only freight cost by DHL,FEDEX or UPS would be paid by yourselves.
How does you make DIY umbrella?
We can provide innovative design and personalized style for you review,no matter how many quantity you want,even if only 1 piece,we can tailor it for you.
What’s your mass production time?
Normally 30days,if your order urgent,we can finish in 20days.
I wonder if you can accept trial order but small quantity?
Yes,we would like to do trial order even if small quantity for our first time business,pls do not worry about small order,as we can provide similar panton color for you choosing or if some of our customers whose orders style are same as yours,we can add extra quantity into contract,then arrangement all material together,we can solve color issue.
How can I get samples promptly?
Once finish samples,we will send all details for you checking.If you confirm ok,then I will send samples on the same day.By the way,you gotta your courier account number, such as FEDEX,DHL,UPS and TNT,etc.
Can I get CIF price?
Yes,sure.If you wanna CIF price,pls inform us the port of destination and estimated quantity.We have own shipping company by ourselves,if ocean freight is higher than your expectation,you can supply shipping company for us.
If shipment we receive be short? How can you solve this problem?
If found the shortage of quantity after receiving goods,we can make up for you loss.We have two options for you choosing, one first option is to remake goods for you,then send by courier,the second option is to refund money for you.
How can you control your quantity?
We have QC team who according to AQL standard to select quality inspection.
What is your sample lead time?
It is around 5days for our sample lead time,if your sample is urgent,we can finish 3days for you.
Do you have QC department?
Yes,we have.We QC team,they are in charge of inspect all materials quality when entering warehouse,inspect semi-finished products and finished products when producing in workshops.
